About Mediation

Mediation does not require that you agree on issues and concerns that caused the separation It is a process that helps you find solutions that are effective for your family. Mediation empowers you to make decisions that are best for both you and your family in an informed, thoughtful manner.

Mediation can also assist parties in building a foundation for continuing to work together effectively as issues arise in the future.

Working with me to come up with arrangments that meet the needs of your family can be a process that you can return if your situation changes.

My Role as your Mediator?

As a mediator, I will remain unbiased during the issues discussed while allowing and fostering fairness during the duration of our time together, my job is to assist both parties in coming to an agreement that works best for their family dynamic. The mediator will not provide legal advice but will advise you to seek legal advice.
